Further to our Memo For Issuers and Underwriters No. 01-2020 of 16 March 2020, we are pleased to announce that after a successful pilot run of a virtual listing ceremony, all upcoming listings and enrollments in the Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx) can now have their respective ceremonies conducted on a virtual basis, in compliance with PDEx Rule 7.6.6.
Please expect that virtual ceremonies shall be the standard practice for all listings and enrollments until the public health guidance allows for live gatherings to resume within Metro Manila.
