Cash Settlement Banks are the banking institutions that provide cash payment services for Client Investors arising from fixed income securities activities in PDS Group subsidiaries. These includes activities such as but not limited to, delivering or receiving payments for purchases or sales in the PDEx FI Market, or receiving and paying cash coupon payments to Client Investors holding bonds at the Depository or directly in the Registry. Cash Settlement Banks activities are guided by a Memorandum of Agreement, which they sign on to as participants.
