20 July 2026, Makati, Philippines – Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx) welcomes DoubleDragon Corporation (DD) back to the capital markets for the enrollment of its 8-year Series 6B Notes worth PHP 1.5 billion.

Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx) President, Stephanie Marie Zulueta in her remarks welcomes DD for its swift return – “It is our pleasure to welcome DoubleDragon Corporation back to enroll its PHP 1.5 billion, 8-year Series 6B notes at 8.8%.”

Zulueta also echoed PDS Group’s continued commitment in helping its market participants through various bond issuances – “PDS continues to work closely with issuers like DD to meet their funding needs. PDEx has recorded PHP 332.3 billion in total listings and enrollments year to date, reflecting 73% of last year’s total.”

DoubleDragon Corporation’s Chairman and CEO, Edgar Injap Sia II highlighted the significance of long-term funding especially in time of global uncertainties – “As of today, the oil price is again hitting back above $90.00 per barrel. This simply demonstrates the volatility in the economic front will persist and highlights the importance of long-term funding such as this, as challenging economic situations such as what we have now.”

Sia further added DD’s commitment in bringing its vision to reality – “The whole DD Group will continue to be focused on its 2035 vision and towards that point we’ll continue to strengthen and elevate its position through its portfolio of assets and businesses in the Philippines and overseas.”

This nineteenth admission for 2026 brings the year-to-date total of new listings and enrollment to PHP 332.259 billion and the total level of tradable corporate debt instruments to PHP 1.5 trillion issued by 44 companies, comprised of 170 securities.
