BDO Unibank, Inc. Lists the Largest Single Corporate Bond Issuance to Date

28 July 2026, Makati, Philippines – Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx) welcomes the return of BDO Unibank, Inc. for the listing of its PHP 132 billion PHP ASEAN Sustainability Bonds Due 2028.
Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx) President, Stephanie Marie Zulueta in her remarks acknowledged the milestone made with BDO’s latest listing – “This issuance not only reflects the company’s enduring commitment to sustainable finance but also sets a new milestone as the largest single corporate bond issuance to date.”
Zulueta highlighted BDO’s significant contribution to the Philippine bond market, especially in sustainable finance – “On our 20th listing to date, we have already exceeded last year’s total listings and enrollments, reaching PHP 464.3 billion. GSSBs (Green, Social and Sustainability Bonds) continue to play a significant role in this growth, accounting for 83.5% or PHP 387.50 billion of all newly listed corporate bonds.”

This twentieth (20th) admission for 2026 brings the year-to-date total of new listings and enrollments to PHP 464.3 billion and the total level of tradable corporate debt instruments to PHP 1.6 trillion issued by 44 companies, comprised of 170 securities.
