At the request of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), PDEx is seeking confirmation that your institution is undertaking the necessary preparations to ensure system and operational readiness for the implementation of the International Bond Pricing Convention on 04 January 2027, as indicated in the regulators’ press releases dated 09 October 2026.
In this regard, please submit the attached Confirmation of System and Operational Readiness, duly signed by an authorized representative of your organization, confirming that the necessary preparations, including the configuration and testing of relevant core systems, downstream applications, and internal processes and workflows, as applicable, are being undertaken to support implementation by 04 January 2027.
Kindly submit the signed confirmation to PDEx on or before 5 November 2026 to allow us to consolidate the responses for submission to the SEC.
