Bond Pricing Initiative: Request for Comments on the Proposed Amendments to the PDEx Rules and Trading Conventions

The Market Governance Board (MGB) has approved the dissemination of the Proposed Amendments to the PDEx Rules and Trading Conventions in Support of the Bond Pricing Initiative for public comment.
Please refer to the attached letter for complete information and guidance. Comments must be submitted using the attached Template for Comments on or before 16 September 2026 and emailed from registered email addresses to PDEx Regulation at pdex.regulation@pds.com.ph.
All comments received will be deemed the official comments of the submitting institution and will be forwarded to the Securities and Exchange Commission as part of the rulemaking process.
