DoubleDragon Corporation Successfully Enrolls PHP 3.5 billion Series 6C Notes

31 July 2026, Makati, Philippines – Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (PDEx) welcomes DoubleDragon Corporation (DD) back to the capital markets for its PHP 3.5 billion Series 6C enrolled notes.
Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx) President, Stephanie Marie Zulueta in her remarks noted the timeliness of DD’s latest issuance – “This latest enrollment comes as DD continues to expand its hospitality portfolio. Recently, the company celebrated the topping-off of the 702-room Hotel101-Libis, a major construction milestone for what is set to become Quezon City’s largest hotel by room count.”
Zulueta also highlighted the strong performance of the primary market – “On the PDS front, the primary market has already surpassed last year’s total listings and enrollments of PHP 454 billion, with year-to-date listings and enrollments now reaching over PHP 467 billion.”
DoubleDragon Corporation’s Chairman and CEO, Edgar Injap Sia II emphasized DD’s current fundraising initiatives – “The overweight priority of the team will be for our series of capital initiatives, especially the equity capital initiatives in the pipeline totaling around 51 billion pesos.”
Sia further added DD’s continuous efforts to reach the company’s goal by 2035 – “As you all know, the 2035 vision of the DD Group is mainly for DoubleDragon Group in 2035 to exceed 500 billion in total revenues and for its assets to be present in all 82 provinces in the Philippines and in 100 countries globally and most importantly to become a totally debt-free company by 2035.”
This twenty-first (21st) admission for 2026 brings year-to-date total of new listings and enrollment to PHP 467.759 billion and the total level of tradable corporate debt instruments to PHP 1.6 trillion issued by 44 companies, comprised of 171 securities.
